  20. I purchased both PC-Task and DirWork 2 just before Christmas 1994.  Early last
  21. year I had some questions and was able to get some good answers by emailing to:

  25. Is this the address you tried?  (I'm sorry, I don't have my manual handy to
  26. check the addresses listed there).

  28. If you wish, I could try to get through to them on your behalf.  (In 1995 I was
  29. working in the Hewlett-Packard Australasian Response Centre and, as mentioned
  30. above, was able to get through without any difficulty.  HP has now moved me to
  31. a customer site and I haven't tried getting through to Quasar from here - I
  32. will check to ensure I still have access).
